Transformational Life Coaching is a great way to explore yourself and how you view the world, and unlock the opportunities life holds for you. Life coaching in general is about getting you from where you are to where you want to be.

That simple... or is it? 

Let me make one thing perfectly clear: this is all about You.

  

My role as your Coach is to listen, facilitate, guide, be curious (yes, I ask lots of questions), help you explore your options and make our sessions a good and effective experience for you. 

 

I don’t give advice, answer your questions for you or tell you what to do. 

We work together to get you to the mindset that change is possible. 

We work together to get you to understand that you are the driving force of the change you want to see. 

And only then it happens: anything you personally want to achieve is yours for the taking.

What Can I Do For You?

My approach to coaching may sound fancy but it is really very simple: I am a holistic transformational coach. 

Holistic meaning I look at my clients as a whole: mind, body, and soul.  

Everything is connected and that’s why it is so important to explore all these aspects. Trust me on this ;) You will be amazed at what you discover. 


I like to create a time and space for my clients that is safe and just about them, nothing else. I hold the space for you while you reflect, think, talk, sometimes we just sit in silence and other times you will make tremendous shifts. 

The coaching space I create for you is a no-judgment zone. Nothing you tell me will shock me. I will not judge, I promise. Everything you do tell me is confidential and will not be repeated. 

My approach, well I guess more of a coaching manner, is tailored to the individual I am working with. What you need, is what I give you. I am always very honest and in that, I want to make sure that you hear what I have to say in order to facilitate the changes that you will be making. That means:  

  • if you require a gentle style, one with constructive yet subtle feedback, I can do that 

  • if you require the “tough love no bullshit approach”, I won’t be afraid to tell you like it is and call you out on issues ;) 


I work with people who want to work with me.  

We need to be a good fit and therefore build a solid coaching relationship. 

That means we both need to be excited about working with each other.

How Will We Work Together?

Everyone is different.  

What works for one person, doesn’t help another. 

Hence, all sessions may differ:  

  • some people feel better (open up and talk) when they are moving around and outside, so we walk 

  • some people like an intimate space where no one else can hear them, so we find a space like that 

  • some people prefer to sit in a café 

  • some people like video or voice calls 

  • some people feel better when using a chat 

  • And the list goes on... 

It is all client-led - the choice is yours.
