This session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and for you to determine whether lifestyle coaching is right for you, before you commit to anything.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I ask that you kindly notify me giving at least 24 hours notice. If an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the full charge will still apply.
